Close to the city center and the beach, this hotel is full of charm
Five minutes from Place des Lices, on the road to Pointe des Salins, the Lou Pinet hotel embodies the bohemian charm of Tropez that once seduced Françoise Sagan, Boris Vian, Boris Vian, Picasso, Picasso and Juliette Gréco. Here, time seems to stand still: a peaceful haven, miraculously preserved from the hustle and bustle of the village. A member of the Maisons Pariente collection, Lou Pinet welcomes guests from May 7 to October 5, 2025. It's the kind of confidential address that you only whisper to your closest friends, a family home that's not yours... and yet becomes yours during your stay. With its southern architecture, its lush tropical garden and its vast swimming pool, it exudes the charm of yesteryear. The warm and sincere welcome gives back to Saint-Tropez its true soul: that of eternal vacations where each day opens up a new enchanted break.
SAINT-TROPEZ... BACK TO THE ESSENCE OF THE LEGEND
Transmitted over generations, Lou Pinet has established itself as an essential address. The Pariente family has maintained a strong link with the peninsula since the 1950s, a family history that continues with fidelity and passion.
When Maisons Pariente took over the hotel, it marked a real metamorphosis. Lovers of the South and the French Riviera, the Parientes are reinventing Lou Pinet as a private house dedicated to the Tropezian lifestyle. We meet up with friends by the pool to enjoy a suspended moment, in the heart of Saint-Tropez, in this intimate haven where everything invites you to enjoy a pleasant life.
CHARLES ZANA — Mediterranean elegance as a heritage
Architect, decorator and designer, Charles Zana grew up in a universe nourished by art, transmitted by a collector father. His career has led him to imagine numerous private residences around the world, for collectors in search of timelessness. Deeply rooted in Mediterranean culture, this man from the South has a particular attachment to the Côte d'Azur, where he likes to recharge his batteries.
For Lou Pinet, he appropriated Tropezian light in order to sculpt the volumes and design a refined, warm and deeply intimate atmosphere. He drew on the rich decorative heritage of Provence: glass, ceramics, and iconic pieces, created by artists who, from Matisse to Calder and Picasso, also succumbed to the beauty of the South. This taste for elegance and this artistic culture infuses every detail, giving the 5-star hotel a unique atmosphere, adorned with decorative treasures inspired by this mythical period.
